  • Business and event information: client/company details, event details, proposals, jobs, inventory, and related operational records you enter into the platform.
  • Payment status information from QuickBooks Online: if an authorized admin connects QuickBooks, we may retrieve and display invoice and payment-related data (such as invoice numbers, amounts, balances, due dates, and payment status) for internal visibility. We do not use QuickBooks to create invoices or record payments from Verum.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and basic usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Verum AV platform and websites
  • To prepare proposals, manage jobs, inventory, and related AV production work
  • To show authorized staff payment/invoice status from QuickBooks Online
  • To communicate with clients and staff about events and services
  • To protect the security and integrity of our systems

3. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that host or support our systems (for example, hosting, database, email, and authentication providers)
  • Intuit QuickBooks Online, when an authorized user connects an account, solely to retrieve the payment/invoice information described above

We do not sell personal information.

4. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate our business, provide the platform, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Connected QuickBooks tokens and cached payment status may be removed when an admin disconnects QuickBooks or deletes related records.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your choices

Authorized staff may update profile information in the platform. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, contact us using the details below. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal reasons.

Our services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
